When I created this website years ago, it was the principal location of my experimental photography collection. I started building websites on a freelance basis a short time later and gave out this url. It put off a bunch of potential clients. I learned very valuable lesson from that. The clients that could differentiate between the designs I crafted in an artistic pursuit, and my services as a website designer were the ones I loved working with. Web design shouldn't always be safe. It shouldn't always be corporate. I've been working in commercial design full time for the last five years, and I still find the most rewarding work I create is for personal art projects.
